Condensation Drain Valve and Timer for Air Compression

STC Model 2W040 removes condensation from the air supply system. This modular valve has interchangeable components that can provide customization and serviceability. It offers a wide variety of timing and flow capacities for condesnation removal applications. The solid state timer features DIN quick disconnect electrical connections, is specifically designed for condensation removal, and has standard time ranges of 0.5 to 10 seconds "on" and 0.5 to 45 minutes "off."

The timer fits betwen a DIN 43650 cord set and a STC solenoid valve. One LED on the timer indicates when power is attached or removed, and a second LED indicates when the valve is draining. The 2W040 2-way, 2-position, normally closed and brass STC solenoid valve offers a high life cycle and low maintenance. It is available in 1/4" and 3/8" NPT and can accomodate pressure up to 250PSI. The size of the timer is 74mm x 43mm x 21mm, and the size of the two adjustment knobs are 6mm dia. x 6mm height.
